Mr. Mahesh Thakuri

Mr. Mahesh Thakuri received Bachelor degree in physics from Prithvi Narayan Campus, Pokhara. He is pursuing his M.Sc. Physics in central department of physics, Tribhuvan University. He is a founder of Creative Science Association (CSA) and worked as editor-in-chief of science magazine 'Creative Science' in Pokhara. He has experience of teaching science and mathematics in high school level. He is a student of Astrophysics and amateur astronomer. He gives talks about astronomy and space science in school, college and public. He has reached thousands of students and public conducting night sky observation in different places of Nepal. He worked as a trainer for National Astronomy Olympiad, Nepal. He has participated in national and international schools on Astronomy and Astrophysics organized by BP Planetarium Observatory and Science Museum Development Board, government of Nepal. He has been trained in National Astronomy Olympiad Exposure Camp organized by Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, Mumbai. His interest lies in telescope operation, observational astronomy and outreach
He worked at CERN as Summer Student in 2016. He was awarded 'Emerging Space Leaders (ESL) Grant in 2016 by International Astronautical Federation.

Jeevan Lamsal is a founder and executive secretary of Pokhara Astronomical Society (PAS). He is a graduate student of Physics from Prithvi Narayan Campus, Pokhara affiliated to Tribhuvan University. He is a science educator from the last four years in Pokhara. He is currently working as an instructor of science and mathematics in SOS Hermann Gmeiner School Gandaki for high school students. His interest lies in Black Holes, Origin of the Universe, Interstellar and Theoretical Physics. He has presented a paper in 1st COSPAR Symposium in Bangkok, Thailand in 2013 about Future of Astronomy and Space Science in Nepal. He has travelled to Mumbai, India to participate in National Astronomy Olympiad Exposure Camp organized by Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education in 2012. He also has reached many students and public with connecting popular science talks and presentations.

Mr. Aashish Bhandari is pursuing his MSc (Physics) at Patan Multiple Campus. As a founder of this organization he wants to create a platforms for science enthusiast to be life long learners; who truly enjoy searching for answers.

Mr. Suman Gautam

Suman Gautam is a former founder president at Pokhara Astronomical Society (PAS). In this role, he serves as an advisor to science community and represents the science to community through Research, Education and Advocacy. 
 He received M.Sc. Physics from Tribhuvan University with major Solid State Physics concentrated on the study of Density functional Theory to study Energy of ions and later he   creates interest in working photometry and spectrometry using the date available in the ADS/SIMBAD/Skyview, where he focus on infrared and X-ray astronomy and use IRAS images and XMM Newton rings spectra using software Astrolinux, AlADIN and MATLAB during National Workshop on Astronomy and Astrophysics 2013 supported by IAU in Tribhuvan University.  He is engaged in Remote Sensing and Mars Exploration where he attends numerous workshops, on the application of Space Science to Agriculture, Disaster management and land use.

Mr. Sabin Gautam

He is pursuing his Bachelor degree in physics from Prithivi Narayan Campus pokhara.  He is working as Lab assistance in Prativa higher Secondary School pokhara. He has already work as Vice-president of Creative Science Association in prithivi Narayan Campus and also as editor of Annual magazine of Creative Science Association-4. Currently He is working as a volunteering member of PAS since one year. His key interest to handling telescope, night sky observation, and outreach program for students as well as public. He is also student of Space Science in his third year course. He got a chance to participate in National Astronomy Olympiad Exposure Camp in Homi Baba Center of Science Education, Mumbai in 2015. He is very passionate to release astronomy related program and information to students as well as public.
