PAS president and vice chairman GHOU Nepal Chapter Mr. Suman Gautam
successfully take part in the National Workshop on Astronomy and
astrophysics (NWAA 2013) from 25-28 june organized by Department of Physics,
Tribhuvan University. This program was funded by the International Astronomical
Union (IAU). Participants were familiar with Linux, Matlab, Mathematica,
and Python. Programmed was focused on the computational aspects. Oral and
Poster Presentation are the main attraction of the program. Mr. Gautam also
presented his poster on “Space Science activities in Western Nepal”. The
program was conducted by under the chairmanship of rector T.U. Ghuna
Nidhi Neupane.
